“ 3537 Fruitvale Ave Oakland, CA 94602 I was in the area, and dropped by for some takeout. I ordered Black Bean Pepper Beef and Salted Fish Chicken Fried Rice. Salted what? Salted Fish Chicken Fried Rice. If you like it, you love it, and will want to order it. I like the way Ly Luck makes it, and they give a big generous serving. Black Bean Pepper Beef is bite sized pieces of beef with a balance of peppers and onions in black bean sauce. Very well seasoned, big serving. Good amount of gravy to go with my rice. Eat it Chinese style and enjoy a nice meal from Ly Luck. ”
